I highly recommend Gem City Appliance Repair. The representative who booked the appointment was friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan came the next day in the time frame quoted and repaired my mother's refrigerator. The cost was very reasonable and we didn't have to buy a new one!

Ryan came to our home to look at our washing machine. When he saw what was going on, he gave my wife and I some tips to fix the minor issue (which we thought was not minor). He could have done something and charged us, but instead, saved us money. If we ever need an appliance looked at, Gem City Appliance Repair is who I’m calling!
This is a small, family owned business. Ryan kept me updated on his arrival time. He explained what was wrong with my washer, gave me some helpful ideas, and was extremely reasonable in his price, I will definitely call him with all my future appliance repair needs!!
Ryan was a bit abrasive when he first arrived but seemed to know his business and got right to it. Immediately diagnosed the problem & was upfront about outlining clear cut options. Now at least I know what the problem is without expending a lot of money to find out what is wrong. If I ever need service, you guys will be the first I call.
